BUSINESS
The Pioneer PTA strives to conduct business within accordance
of our Standing
Rules, which are approved annually by the general membership,
and by the Washington
State PTA Uniform Bylaws.
MEETINGS
Board meetings are generally held on the fourth Tuesday of
each month. General meetings are held to adopt standing rules,
elect a nominating committee, hold elections, and approve
the budget. See the Calendar on the Activities page for dates.

Wish to be added to an agenda?
If you have an item you wish added to a board or general
meeting agenda, please contact Amy Riggs by e-mail (ariggs@pioneerpta.com)
or telephone (357-9038) no fewer than 10 days prior to the
meeting, with your name, contact information and the subject.

Grant request?
Written grant requests must be received at least one full
week prior to the board meeting date. requests may be made
by school personnel or members in good standing as defined
by our Standing
Rules, Article 2, Section 3 (A&B).
